No factory, no print-on-demand. Every rug on this page was drawn, punched, carved and finished in the studio.

The design gets scaled and traced onto the backing cloth by hand so the proportions land right at full size.
Yarn goes in color by color with the tufting gun, then the pile gets carved down so every line and outline reads clean.
Sealed on the back, trimmed to shape, edges finished — then it ships out within a couple of days.
Two to four weeks to build, then two to three days in transit. If you need it by a certain date, say so when you message us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.
That's most of what we do. Send the clearest version you've got. Bold shapes and strong color tuft beautifully; tiny text and fine gradients don't — we'll tell you upfront if something needs simplifying.
Anywhere from about 1.5 ft up to 3.5 ft. Under 2 ft reads as a mat or wall piece; 3 ft and up is a proper floor rug. Price scales with size and with how much detail is in the design.

You've got 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as it's in the condition it arrived in and in its original packaging. Message us first and we'll send a return label and instructions.
Spot clean with a little soap and cold water, then let it air dry flat. Vacuum on a low setting without the beater bar. No washing machine, ever — it'll pull the pile out.
